Terms of service
Placeholder — have counsel draft these
No terms of service have been drafted for this deployment. Replace this page with terms, a data processing agreement and an acceptable-use policy reviewed by counsel before offering the service. Because the service is sold nationwide, counsel should confirm which state and federal rules apply to the business and to visitors' states.
Provider: [legal entity name], a Florida-based company. Governing law and venue: [to be confirmed by counsel].
Expectations for customers (draft outline)
- Install the pixel only on websites you control, and disclose it — what it collects, why, which providers receive it, retention and choices — in your privacy notice (a generated disclosure page is available per website).
- Configure consent according to your legal assessment for your visitors' jurisdictions, and keep acceptance of your terms separate from tracking permission and marketing opt-ins.
- Send identify or Contacts API data only for people you have a lawful basis to associate with activity, and only the business fields needed for your disclosed purpose.
- Enable an identity-resolution provider only if your contract with it authorizes matching your website visitors and your stated intended use.
- Don't treat a website visit as permission to contact anyone. Honor opt-outs and do-not-contact status, and follow the laws that govern email, calls and texts.
- Don't use Ashfort Intelligence to profile individuals or infer sensitive characteristics, or to misrepresent your collection or sharing practices.
Accepting these terms is required to use the service; it is not consent to optional analytics or to marketing, which are separate choices.
